Overview
This job opportunity with a partner company based in Ireland seeks a Compliance Analyst to enhance global ethics and compliance programs, emphasizing third-party risk management and regulatory adherence across international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform risk-based due diligence assessments on current and potential third-party partners with a special focus on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance.
- Gather, evaluate, and interpret data from public records, screening sources, and other intelligence to analyze compliance risks.
- Record and report findings from due diligence, risk evaluations, and recommendations to compliance leadership.
- Support advanced due diligence investigations, remedial actions, and risk minimization concerning third-party issues.
- Keep precise and updated records of third-party risks, compliance documentation, and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, due diligence, remediation, and ongoing compliance protocols.
- Assist in managing compliance technologies including screening software and due diligence platforms to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate compliance reports and assess metrics to detect patterns and propose process optimizations.
- Help create and update procedures, training materials, and resources to standardize compliance practices.
- Work alongside regional and global colleagues to assist with monitoring, audits, certifications, and larger compliance projects.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives covering Ethics & Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, and compliance with regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, Audit, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
- In-depth knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption guidelines, due diligence workflows, and risk-oriented compliance models.
- Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking to assess complex information from diverse sources.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, multinational context.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Power BI or equivalent data analysis tools.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective teamwork skills for collaboration with diverse cross-functional and international groups, while upholding confidentiality and integrity.
