About the Role
ESM is seeking a dependable and professional Company Driver to join their team based in Dubai, UAE. This position involves the safe operation of company vehicles to support daily business functions including transporting employees, maintaining vehicles, managing uniform inventory, and providing administrative assistance when needed. The role is crucial for ensuring efficient transportation services within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide punctual and secure transportation for staff, executives, and new employees for airport pickups, meetings, and various business-related travel.
- Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained by keeping up with regular servicing, annual vehicle checks, and timely renewal of licenses.
- Track and manage uniform stock levels, guaranteeing supplies are available and reordered promptly.
- Deliver administrative support such as document handling, deliveries, filing, and other clerical duties as needed to aid smooth business operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hold a valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE roads, traffic laws, and routes.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service approach.
- Proficient with IT and comfortable using technology.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
