About the Role

Temu is in search of a driven and experienced Commercial Logistics Manager to become an integral part of our expanding team. This role allows you to contribute significantly towards our goals while collaborating with a motivated group committed to transforming the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with regional logistics and warehouse vendors ensuring high service standards.
• Lead strategic planning and oversee execution of all fulfillment and logistics functions to guarantee seamless business operations.
• Enhance logistics and warehousing approaches for cost reduction while maintaining consistent operational stability.
• Assist local logistics teams by streamlining business workflows and managing daily operational exceptions to promote efficient processes.
• Evaluate operational activities and recommend innovative improvements to optimize delivery processes and reduce expenses.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in premier logistics and warehousing firms, ideally with exposure to 3PL management in top e-commerce logistics settings; experience with e-commerce customer projects is advantageous.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure during peak demand phases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities combined with strategic mindset and rapid adaptability.
• Proficient negotiation skills essential for managing supplier partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from 65000 to 175000 USD, adjusted based on skills, qualifications, experience, competencies, and location within the US. Benefits commonly provided for full-time employees include:
