Location and Commitment

Based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
Work is conducted offline at the office
Requires a full-time dedication despite part-time employment type

Who We Need

We want an individual motivated by business, marketing, and real estate, eager to grow alongside the firm.

Primary Duties

Engage and manage client communications and relationships
Film and edit property videos effectively
Develop content for social media platforms
Administer property listings and promotional campaigns
Follow up diligently on leads
Organize site visit schedules
Support marketing initiatives and business development efforts
Collaborate directly with the founder to scale business operations

Essential Skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in video recording and editing
Knowledgeable in social media marketing strategies
Creativity paired with effective problem-solving skills
Exhibit patience and consistent effort
Professional work ethic
Basic understanding of real estate is preferred

Compensation Details

This role does not offer a fixed monthly salary
Earn 25% revenue share on each successfully closed transaction you contribute to
Potential to receive up to a 30% profit share after completing a one-year term and meeting performance goals

Agreement Terms

Commitment required for a minimum of one year
Three-month probationary period applies
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Mutual exit options available
Work is conducted offline in Tirupati
