Role Overview

The Co-Founder will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's overall strategy, pioneering product-market fit, and establishing vital business foundations. Daily activities include leading market and customer research efforts, formulating the product roadmap, and spearheading sales and marketing campaigns to expand the customer base. Responsibilities also encompass building strategic partnerships, managing initial operations, and participating in fundraising and investor relations.

The role is based in Indore and follows a hybrid work model that balances onsite collaboration with remote flexibility. The Co-Founder will work in close alignment with other founders to set priorities, monitor critical metrics, and ensure efficient transition from concept to execution.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient analytical capabilities with the skill to interpret data for guiding business and product decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, complemented by effective stakeholder management.
• Proven sales ability or comfort with lead generation, engaging customers, and closing deals.
• Marketing expertise, especially in devising go-to-market strategies, branding, and foundational digital marketing.
• Solid research skills for market assessment, customer discovery, and competitor benchmarking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset characterized by high ownership, resilience, and adaptability in unstructured settings.
• Competent collaborator who can build networks and represent the venture with partners and investors.
• Background in startups, product development, or business operations is advantageous; academic qualifications in business, engineering, or related domains are preferred.
