Job Overview

This role involves managing several branches of HDFC Bank, specifically 2 to 3 branches, in the region of Srinagar. The Cluster Manager will collaborate closely with the Branch Managers and team members to actively promote Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance products to the bank's customers.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duty is to establish and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and their teams at assigned locations to maximize lead generation and sales closure. Daily visits to all designated branch locations are mandatory to support sales efforts and build client engagement.
