Role Overview

As a Client Success Partner for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Malt’s innovative freelance marketplace vision to life. Unlike a conventional recruiting position, you will act as an expert consultant and internal recruiter who proactively drives top-tier talent delivery, platform adoption, and revenue growth. Your operational excellence in executing projects and transforming client experience will be central to our commercial achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically refine and challenge client project briefs to ensure alignment with optimal freelance talent.
  • Conduct thorough qualification interviews to identify the most suitable freelancer profiles.
  • Empower clients to fully utilize the Malt platform independently by providing clear and compelling business proposals.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to manage the recruitment phase and convert opportunities into signed projects.
  • Coach freelancers to optimize their profiles using Malt’s AI-powered matching algorithms.
  • Collect and relay critical product feedback from the marketplace to engineering teams to help improve user experience.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum of three years demonstrating impactful performance in sales, recruitment, customer success, or project management within a fast-paced B2B setting, such as SaaS startups or consulting firms.
  • High resilience and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively during peak periods.
  • Fluency in German (native level) and English (full professional proficiency).
  • Proficiency in complex algorithmic matchmaking and familiarity with AI-driven platforms in the Future of Work ecosystem.
