About the Role
Our client seeks a dependable and meticulous Cleaner to perform cleaning tasks at residential rental properties. Responsibilities include move-in and move-out cleans, rental turnover cleaning, and ensuring properties are ready for listing and occupancy.
The client is a technology-driven leasing partner dedicated to helping landlords lease rental homes swiftly by handling everything from listing to move-in coordination across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend appointments at residential rental homes for various cleaning needs such as move-ins, move-outs, and turnovers.
- Execute thorough cleaning following established company standards covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, appliances, floors, cabinets, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Remove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and any remaining items as needed.
- Wipe down counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and frequently touched areas.
- Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and floor cleaning.
- Clean interior parts of appliances including refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers when required.
- Identify sections that need extra cleaning, junk removal, repairs, maintenance, or further attention.
- Take clear before-and-after photographs and videos documenting the cleaning work and property condition.
- Provide detailed updates, notes, photos, and videos after each cleaning visit.
- Maintain professional communication with landlords, tenants, applicants, and internal team members.
- Adhere closely to company instructions, cleaning checklists, appointment details, and property access requirements.

Requirements
- Previous experience in roles such as cleaner, housekeeper, residential cleaner, or cleaning contractor
- Strong understanding of residential cleaning standards and procedures
- Reliable mode of transportation to reach job sites
- Own necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for each assignment
- Comfortable working independently and attending properties alone
- Possession of an iPhone 13 or equivalent smartphone with a good quality camera
- Ability to capture clear photographic and video evidence of completed work
- Competence in writing accurate notes and submitting post-visit updates
- Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and respect property access protocols
- Professional demeanor with punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact respectfully with landlords, tenants, applicants, and team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with move-in, move-out, or rental turnover cleanings
- Background in preparing residential rental properties for photographs, inspections, or showings
