Role Overview

We are inviting a seasoned cruise industry executive to join as our Founding Chief Operating Officer. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will play a crucial role in steering the operational strategy of our cruise line. This includes overseeing guest experience, hotel operations, entertainment, food and beverage services, marine operations, and the strategic development of our future fleet.

Your leadership will extend throughout the design, construction, and inauguration of our flagship ship. You will be instrumental in establishing the company's standards, culture, and service philosophy, thereby shaping the Pinnacle brand's identity.
