Role Overview
Join The Ned Doha's passionate culinary team at Millie’s, a lively restaurant focusing on relaxed elegance and pleasing classic dishes served with warm hospitality. As a Chef de Partie, you will have a key role in crafting and presenting high-quality meals to enhance guests' dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently manage and supervise your assigned kitchen area.
- Prepare dishes according to established quality and brand standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day kitchen activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness protocols.
- Contribute innovative ideas for menu items and seasonal specials.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues for a seamless service flow.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a capable Demi Chef de Partie ready for advancement.
- Strong enthusiasm for food quality, ingredient sourcing, and presentation.
- A collaborative team member with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Ability to perform well in an energetic and fast-moving kitchen environment.
- High attention to detail with a dedication to excellence.
