Role Responsibilities

Deliver casework and counseling services to teenagers in residential care
Conduct thorough needs and risk assessments and develop Individual Care Plans accordingly
Collaborate closely with external partners such as schools, agencies, and healthcare providers
Facilitate restorative and family counseling sessions
Monitor resident progress, handle incidents, and maintain comprehensive case records
Take part in weekly case conferences including follow-up activities
Organize and lead group sessions, life skills training, and developmental workshops
Coordinate enrichment activities, classes, and educational talks
Prepare reports and assist the Head of Home with designated tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or registration as a Social Worker
At least two years of experience in casework or youth support services
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling abilities
Compassionate, resilient, and motivated to empower vulnerable youth
Willingness to provide support during after-hours emergencies
