Key Responsibilities

• Attract new clients by promoting the bank's CASA offerings.
• Engage in marketing and promotional efforts within designated areas to secure potential leads.
• Conduct daily local travels to interact with current and prospective customers.
• Foster strong customer relationships to boost repeat business.
• Cross-sell other bank products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance plans, Loans, and Credit Cards.
• Motivate existing clients to increase their account deposits.
• Comply strictly with all banking regulations and internal compliance mandates.
• Participate in mandatory training, certifications, and ongoing learning programs initiated by the bank.

Starting as a Sales Officer, there is a structured career advancement path leading to Sales Officer I (fast track), Assistant Manager - Sales, and thereafter Sales Manager roles, driven by performance-based promotions.

Working Schedule

The role follows regular banking working days with holidays on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
