Role Overview

Lux Renov8, a rapidly expanding interior fit-out firm based in Dubai, seeks a meticulous CAD Draftsman to enhance our team. This role involves working on exclusive residential and commercial assignments in prominent areas such as Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, and upscale villa neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities

Generate precise fit-out shop drawings, construction plans, and as-built documentation.
Create detailed layouts including elevations, sections, ceiling arrangements, and bespoke joinery designs.
Conduct on-site visits to obtain accurate measurements and assess conditions.
Develop design presentations, curate material samples, and produce refined 3D visual content.
Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, suppliers, contractors, and site personnel.
Adapt and update drawings in response to on-site developments and project needs.
Provide comprehensive support throughout all stages from design conceptualization to project completion.

Technology and Tools

Utilize Matterport 3D scanning equipment for precise spatial data capture.
Engage AI-driven software for design enhancement and visualization.
Employ digital tools to improve measurement accuracy and documentation efficiency.
Leverage technology to elevate drawing precision, productivity, and the quality of presentations.

Candidate Requirements

Possession of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related disciplines.
At least one year of experience in the UAE focused on interior fit-out or joinery projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
Solid comprehension of interior fit-out detailing and construction practices.
Experience in performing site measurements and coordinating with teams.
Knowledge of 3D rendering and AI visualization tools is a distinct advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
