About the Role
We are in search of a driven and strategic Business Transformation Manager to spearhead organization-wide transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence, propelling digital innovation, and fostering sustainable growth. This role demands identification of transformation prospects, creation of future operating models, and execution of strategic programs that elevate business performance, customer satisfaction, and organizational agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and roll out enterprise-wide transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation and business modernization efforts along with operational excellence initiatives.
- Analyze current business processes and suggest optimization strategies.
- Design transformation blueprints, target operating models, and execution plans.
- Drive Business Process Reengineering (BPR) alongside continuous improvement projects.
- Oversee transformation projects inclusive of managing budgets, resources, timelines, and governance mechanisms.
- Collaborate with executive leaders and business units to align strategic objectives.
- Manage organizational change and promote user adoption of new processes.
- Track transformation progress through key performance indicators and dashboards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to operations, finance, and transformation activities.
- Conduct workshops, business analysis sessions, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Support implementation of enterprise systems, automation, and digitization processes.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic advice.
- Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and encourage innovative collaboration.
- Stay informed on industry developments, emerging tech, and best transformation practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, IT, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- Sound understanding of business transformation, strategy implementation, and change management.
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation programs or strategic project management.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management frameworks.
- Expertise in business process improvement, digital transformation, and automation tools.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytic capabilities, and decision-making prowess.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and managing stakeholders.
- Experience formulating business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Capacity to lead multiple major initiatives concurrently.
- Leadership qualities that foster cross-functional teamwork and innovation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, Microsoft Project, and other relevant business software.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and ethical standards.
