About the Role
AAA Global is collaborating with a top-tier international quantitative trading firm to recruit a Business Operations Analyst at their Singapore location. Known for leveraging advanced technology and a collaborative culture, the firm operates across multiple asset classes with a sophisticated approach to global financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and refine daily business operations, pinpointing automation possibilities and enhancing operational workflows.
- Perform comprehensive research on markets, industries, and business trends to uncover growth prospects and aid strategic planning.
- Evaluate business metrics and deliver insightful, data-backed reports to executive leadership.
- Establish and nurture connections with stock exchanges, suppliers, and external partners.
- Lead and contribute to interdisciplinary projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness and supporting firm growth.
- Innovate and scale business processes leveraging analytical skills and automation techniques.
- Maintain a professional presence representing the firm in dealings with external entities and industry collaborators.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related analytical fields.
- Between 2 and 6 years of relevant experience in areas such as Business Strategy, Operations, Development, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or Financial Services.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to translate complex business data into practical recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and expertise in managing relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing several projects simultaneously and implementing process enhancements in demanding environments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analytics, automation, or visualization tools is advantageous.
- Highly self-driven, meticulous, and capable of independently managing projects.
- Prior experience collaborating with exchanges, market infrastructures, vendors, or technology partners is beneficial but not obligatory.
