Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive content acquisition for FAST channels and CTV apps in the German market. This role involves securing partnerships with premium content providers, negotiating agreements, and maintaining a diverse and appealing content portfolio. You'll manage local partnerships with CTV/streaming apps and FAST channels, oversee strategic relationships, lead adoption of new platform features, handle contract negotiations, forecast and report on monthly active users and revenues, and ensure alignment with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development and partner management for Smart TV/CTV content, evaluating and integrating content and technology providers suitable for the platform.
Acquire locally relevant FAST Channels consistent with strategic content goals to maximize Titan FAST Channels' revenue.
Manage key client accounts across EU Apps and FAST channels to ensure partner success, driving user growth and revenue.
Develop quarterly Partner Management plans coordinating Marketing, Product, and Business Development efforts.
Design business models and legal frameworks enabling strategic partnerships with existing content providers and onboarding new providers.
Define technology roadmaps and requirements for Smart TV/CTV content.
Ensure optimal content (prefill, ads, apps) availability on TVs and manage data reporting on usage to activate users alongside content partners.
Create and monitor KPIs to drive revenue and growth, presenting insights to internal stakeholders.
Collect and prioritize feedback on app and Smart TV/CTV features, manage assignments, and communicate outcomes internally and to consumers.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years in Business Development with at least 3 years focused on Smart TV, CTV apps, or FAST channel acquisition.
Strong knowledge of the German regional content ecosystem, industry contacts, and content trends.
Comprehensive understanding of technologies and adjacent industries related to modern Smart TV platforms.
Proven expertise in Smart TV trends, business development, app content, and partnership management.
Experience onboarding content partners and services onto Smart TV/CTV devices.
Ability to articulate Smart TV/CTV content, features, and platforms effectively to customers and stakeholders.
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, International Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in the local language is advantageous.
