Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive business development strategies to meet company objectives and financial targets.
• Spot and pursue new business avenues, establish partnerships, and foster collaborations to strengthen market footprint.
• Take charge of negotiating and finalizing contracts and business agreements.
• Perform comprehensive market research to gauge trends, competitors, and client requirements.
• Build and sustain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and mentor the business development team for optimal performance.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on schedule.
• Compile and deliver business development progress reports to higher management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background including Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, along with an engineering degree.
• Proven work experience spanning 5 to 8 years in the infrastructure sector, specifically in ports, airports, roads, power, or ropeways.
