Overview
Matcorr Consultancy Private Limited seeks an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to actively generate leads, engage with prospective clients, and foster business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to identify potential leads and arrange meetings.
- Present company services effectively to convert inquiries into tangible business deals.
- Follow up diligently with prospects to sustain a robust sales funnel.
- Develop and nurture enduring relationships with clients.
- Meet daily call quotas and monthly sales objectives.
- Record and update client information and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience or background in business development, telecalling, or inside sales roles.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling techniques, lead generation, and maintaining follow-ups.
- Familiarity with MS Office basics and CRM platforms preferred.
