Role Overview
We invite enthusiastic and motivated individuals eager to pursue careers in sales, business development, learner counseling, and client engagement to join us as Junior Business Development Associates. This full-time entry-level role, based in Bengaluru office, offers extensive training and mentorship during the introductory period to help new graduates develop professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential learners using calls, WhatsApp, emails, and hosting virtual meetings.
- Identify and comprehend learners' career ambitions and challenges.
- Provide expert counseling on AcceleratorX programs and career paths.
- Clarify details about curriculum, mentorship, projects, and anticipated outcomes.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with prospective learners to foster engagement.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed enrollments.
- Keep meticulous records of learner interactions and sales efforts within CRM platforms.
- Meet established enrollment, revenue, and collection goals.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth learner onboarding.
- Maintain professionalism and prioritize learners throughout the sales process.
Performance Metrics
- Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
- Meet counseling session and monthly enrollment objectives.
- Ensure revenue and collections targets are attained.
- Maintain hygiene and compliance in CRM reporting.

Compensation and Benefits
During the three-month probationary phase, the monthly take-home salary is ₹18,000. Post-probation, the annual CTC amounts to ₹7,00,000, comprised of a fixed salary of ₹4,00,000 and variable pay up to ₹3,00,000 depending on performance and target achievements. Confirmation and upgrade to regular compensation is subject to successful probation completion and satisfactory performance.
