Join a growing SaaS scale-up based in Cork, Ireland, as a Brand Manager focused on shaping and enhancing the company's market presence. This role emphasizes brand stewardship and content creation rather than traditional marketing activities like lead generation. Collaborate directly with the commercial team, founders, and product departments to craft and communicate the company's evolving story as it launches innovative AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain unified brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
• Design and implement a content strategy aligned with long-term business growth.
• Produce high-quality written materials such as blogs, case studies, product announcements, and customer success stories.
• Support marketing campaigns for new AI-powered product launches with compelling messaging.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
• Oversee social media content and company communications.
• Work with product teams to simplify technical features into customer-focused value propositions.
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all customer interactions.
• Position the company as a market thought leader through brand-led initiatives.
• Track content performance and optimize for greater engagement and brand awareness.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has a passion for brand building and creating impactful content that connects with customers. Experience in a SaaS environment with responsibility for brand management, content, or broader marketing activities that contribute to commercial success beyond lead generation is preferred. The individual should be proactive, innovative, and capable of working closely with senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-moving context.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cork, Ireland. The salary range is €40,000 to €50,000 annually, plus benefits. The company is committed to expanding its brand recognition and forging strong customer trust as part of its growth trajectory.
