About the Role
L'Oréal is a global leader in beauty, committed to creating experiences that inspire millions. As a Brand Manager for L’Oréal Paris within the Consumer Products Division located in Melbourne, you will oversee a makeup segment and lead strategic initiatives to enhance brand appeal in a competitive marketplace. Reporting to the Brand Business Lead, you will be responsible for launching innovative products and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and implement the annual strategy for the makeup segment while managing the profit and loss (P&L) to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Lead comprehensive product launches including volume forecasting, developing exceptional offline brand experiences, and collaborating with the Online Brand Manager to ensure digital alignment.
- Optimize portfolio management by defining pricing, distribution channels, in-store merchandising, and overseeing makeup planogram design.
- Track brand performance closely, partnering with Sales, Business Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure forecasting accuracy, commercial success, and market share expansion.

- Previous experience in brand management and forecasting within FMCG or beauty industries.
- Strong business insight with proven ability managing financial outcomes and P&L controls.

- An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying innovation opportunities.
