Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages in both front and back office bars.
• Mix classic alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wines, and spirits with expertise.
• Present and explain drinks to guests, offering an engaging and friendly service.
• Learn and promote unique creations aligned with the hotel's premium bio concept, while also contributing your own ideas.
• Attend to guests discreetly and attentively, guiding them to seats and serving drinks.
• Assist fellow service team members as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience as a bartender.
• Preferably formal training in hospitality or substantial practical experience in service gastronomy.
• Passionate about cocktail mixing and creative drink development.
• Sound knowledge of wines and spirits.

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in guest interactions.
