Primary Duties

• Prepare and serve premium coffee, beverages, and light meals following established brand protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a warm and approachable attitude.
• Keep the café, equipment, and work areas clean and orderly.
• Accurately manage orders and payment transactions.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance the guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Barista in a café, coffee shop, or similar hospitality venue.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Maintain a neat, friendly, and professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
• Positive mindset with the capacity to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
