Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare beverages, whole bean coffee, and food offerings to meet Starbucks' exact recipe and presentation standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store, including cash management and maintaining safety and security protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
• Understand the store environment and customer preferences to anticipate and fulfill their needs effectively.
• Deliver outstanding and authentic customer service by fostering genuine connections with customers.
• Keep the work area tidy and organized to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and fellow partners.

Candidate Profile

No prior experience is required, just a strong enthusiasm for making customers happy with a welcoming attitude. Expect a dynamic work schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends to accommodate store hours and customer needs.
