Overview

Join A Happy Accident Café as a Barista responsible for crafting a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, mocktails, shakes, and teas in line with café quality standards. The role involves operating coffee-related equipment, maintaining product consistency, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked bar area.

Key Duties

• Prepare beverages following café guidelines and recipes.
• Operate and care for espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other necessary equipment.
• Ensure each drink meets quality, presentation, and consistency benchmarks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and surrounding areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to prevent wastage.
• Engage courteously with customers to provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams during peak periods.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform opening and closing tasks related to the bar station operations.

Experience and Skills

• Previous barista experience is advantageous; however, candidates with strong knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
