Job Overview
We are seeking a Banking Executive to manage and nurture client relationships while facilitating a variety of banking services at our Vijayawada branch. This role involves assisting customers with account-related procedures, addressing inquiries, promoting financial products, and supporting overall branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Guide customers through account opening, KYC completion, and access to banking services.
- Respond efficiently to customer queries and service requests.
- Market banking products including CASA accounts, fixed deposits, loan options, insurance, and other financial offerings.
- Assist in the daily operations to ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Drive customer acquisition efforts and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales and service targets.
- Maintain precise customer records and documentation aligned with bank standards.
- Ensure adherence to all bank policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with branch operations and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular daily and weekly reports updating customer data.
