Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Bakery Help position in South Goa assists with daily donut production and supports the baking team to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily donut preparation including measuring and mixing ingredients accurately.
• Glaze and decorate donuts to ensure appealing presentation and consistent quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and service areas adhering to safety protocols.
• Stock supplies regularly and organize product displays to keep the environment orderly.
• Support the team during busy periods by helping with opening and closing tasks.
• Provide basic customer assistance such as answering product-related queries and assisting with packaging orders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene with the ability to comply with bakery safety standards.
• Keen attention to detail when measuring ingredients and decorating products to maintain uniformity.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities to facilitate efficient baking and restocking workflows.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation to collaborate with bakers and front-of-house staff.
• Physical stamina to stand for long durations, lift light to moderate weights, and work flexible shifts including early mornings.
• Previous experience in bakery, café, or food service environments is beneficial but not required.
