Job Overview

The Back Office Executive role involves conducting both outbound and inbound telephone communications to inform customers about products and services, generate new business leads, and uphold customer satisfaction levels.

Key Duties

• Initiate calls to potential as well as current clients.
• Provide detailed explanations of products and promptly address any customer inquiries.
• Identify and develop sales leads followed by consistent follow-ups.
• Document call logs and update customer records promptly.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls and sales performance.
