- Between three to five years of experience in rewards functions, preferably focused on employee share plans, equity compensation, or rewards operations.
- Strong analytical ability with confidence in data validation, reconciliations, reporting, and interpreting complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills capable of working effectively with internal teams, regional counterparts, senior leaders, and vendors.
- Exceptional attention to detail and vendor management experience, including project coordination with responsibilities such as timeline management, data accuracy, vendor deliverables, and performance oversight.
- A mindset geared towards continuous process enhancements, identifying inefficiencies, simplifying workflows, reinforcing controls, and supporting automation or system updates.
