Position Overview
The Associate role involves supporting the Client Relationship Manager in managing day-to-day administration for a portfolio of DIFC and Jersey entities, including Protected Cell Companies (PCCs). This position is ideal for emerging professionals eager to gain practical experience in trust and company administration, entity onboarding, PCC structuring, and gaining exposure to tokenization and digital asset structuring. Comprehensive training will be provided, and the candidate will progressively assume more responsibilities with guidance from senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Relationship Manager with daily service delivery for DIFC and Jersey entity portfolios.
- Proactively handle additional administration duties across various entity types such as companies, foundations, trusts, limited partnerships, and PCCs.
- Assist with annual client filings, including DIFC returns, license renewals, Jersey confirmations, JFSC filings, and PCC reporting at core and cell levels.
- Facilitate onboarding and setup of new clients by preparing applications and incorporating filings with the DIFC Registrar and Jersey Financial Services Commission in accordance with policies.
- Acquire detailed knowledge of AML/CDD requirements under DFSA and JFSC regimes and implement these appropriately.
- Conduct compliance screening of client structures under management supervision.
- Develop understanding of tokenization and digital asset structuring, supporting related client administration.
- Assist in governance services such as organizing and attending board meetings, preparing minutes/resolutions, managing governance trackers, and other secretarial functions.
- Provide support for client banking and exchange applications across UAE, Jersey traditional banks, crypto exchanges, and digital asset platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date client records including digital files, entity cards, and connected party cards with relevant documents and correspondence.
- Communicate regularly with management, clients, and service providers through email, Slack, and Google Meets, escalating issues to the Client Relationship Manager when necessary.
- Independently organize workload using Airtable Task Manager and Front tool, demonstrating responsibility and effective time management.
- Prepare invoices as directed by management or Client Relationship Manager.

- Eager and quick learner ready to embrace the complexities of DIFC and Jersey jurisdictions.
- Minimum of 3 years experience preferably in trust, company or fund administration, financial services, or legal administrative functions.
- Holding or willingness to pursue STEP or CGI qualification is considered beneficial.
