Role Responsibilities
- Assist store leadership by providing training, coaching, and guidance to team members, ensuring excellent customer service daily.
- Help maintain strong employee retention by hiring suitable candidates, nurturing leadership traits, empowering staff, and fostering productivity.
- Support the execution of merchandising and marketing initiatives to enhance store performance.
- Manage cash handling, process fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs effectively.
- Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and sanitation standards while keeping products well-stocked and presentable.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven supervisory or retail management experience, preferably a minimum of one year.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with employees and customers.
- Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and maintained automotive liability insurance as applicable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory if retail management experience is met.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.25.
