Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and executing AI strategies aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Create, test, and implement AI and machine learning models aimed at automating business workflows and enhancing operational performance.
• Gather, preprocess, and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured data to aid AI model development and extract meaningful insights.
• Work closely with business teams to pinpoint areas where AI can boost service quality, efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.
• Design AI-powered technologies such as chatbots, virtual assistants, predictive analytics tools, and automation solutions.
• Continuously assess and fine-tune AI models to maintain high accuracy, dependability, and ongoing enhancement.
• Ensure all AI implementations adhere to organizational policies, data privacy laws, cybersecurity protocols, and ethical AI standards.
• Investigate emerging AI innovations and propose novel solutions that add substantial business value.
• Compile detailed technical documents, reports, and presentations covering AI projects and outcomes.
• Offer technical assistance and share knowledge internally to foster widespread adoption of AI technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or closely related disciplines is required.
• Possessing a master's degree is considered a plus.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technical fields.
• Prior experience working with contemporary AI frameworks and cloud-based platforms is highly desirable.
