Art Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Art Director to oversee and shape the visual identity of our brand and creative projects. This role involves transforming concepts into impactful visual experiences across various platforms including digital, social media, marketing, and branding campaigns. Collaboration with copywriters, designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, email, and print mediums.
• Create original concepts that align with brand strategies and business goals.
• Direct visual assets such as photo shoots, illustrations, and motion graphics.
• Offer guidance, feedback, and mentorship to designers and freelance creatives.
• Collaborate across marketing, product, content, and leadership teams to bring campaigns to fruition.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer interactions.
• Present creative ideas and their reasoning confidently to stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, ideally within an agency or internal creative department.
• Exceptional portfolio featuring branding, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and effective visual communication.
• Experience directing photography, video production, or motion design is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while upholding high creative standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing techniques.
• Understanding of AI-driven creative tools and processes.
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary ranges between $130,000 and $165,000 USD, depending on qualifications, experience, and location within the United States. This package is competitive for experienced Art Directors working remotely.
