Ceasefire Industries Private Limited seeks an Area Sales Manager to promote and sell advanced firefighting and security solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell firefighting and security equipment to new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation.
• Forge and sustain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand value.
• Consistently follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
• Conduct between four and seven client meetings daily to assess needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers.
• Negotiate deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in sales fields including direct or field sales, welcoming candidates with up to four years of experience or fresh graduates.
• Any graduate educational background is acceptable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals efficiently.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven work environment.
• Must possess own conveyance and laptop to fulfill job demands.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and willing to engage extensively in fieldwork.
