About the Company

RICHTER Sportstättenkonzepte GmbH is a specialist planning office focused on sports facilities. The company brings 30 years of experience in sports ground construction and currently has a team of 10 architects and engineers who work with strong enthusiasm for sports. Their projects support the development of sports spaces for municipalities and sports clubs across Germany. Due to a steadily increasing volume of work, they are looking to add a new team member as soon as possible.

Role Overview

This position is for an architect who will contribute to the design and planning of modern, sustainable buildings and handle full-object planning responsibilities across all project phases.

Responsibilities

Create concepts and plans for modern, sustainable buildings.
Manage object planning work throughout all service phases.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, public authorities, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

A successfully completed degree in architecture (Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor, or Master) or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of CAD software, especially Allplan, as well as tendering / bidding software.
Customer-focused, solution-oriented working style with good organisational skills.
Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel for service phase 8 assignments.

Additional Information
