Job Overview

H2M Architekten + Stadtplaner GmbH, located in Kulmbach, Bavaria, seeks an experienced Architect (m/f/d) for the conceptual design and execution phases (Leistungsphasen 1-7) to join their team. This position involves comprehensive project responsibilities including client communication, coordination with specialist planners, and thorough project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all services from phases 1 to 7 (Leistungsphasen 1-7) of architectural projects.
• Maintain close communication with clients to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate, supervise, and integrate inputs from specialist planners and all project stakeholders.
• Oversee project costs, schedules, and quality management throughout.
• Assume full responsibility for project management and budgets across all phases.

Candidate Profile

• Strong aesthetic sense combined with conceptual strength in design.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Well-versed in the performance phases 1 through 7.
• Proficient in AVA and CAD software such as Vectorworks and Archicad, along with Microsoft Office, ORCA software, and graphic/layout tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Structured, self-directed work approach.
• Dependable, resilient, and conscientious in responsibilities.
• Enjoys collaborative teamwork and effective communication.
• Excellent command of German, both written and spoken.
