Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop collections for girls and women’s clothing lines.
• Conduct extensive research on current fashion trends, including color schemes, fabric types, and trims.
• Generate original design ideas, create mood boards, and prepare detailed technical sketches.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising and sampling departments to drive the product development process.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze and anticipate fashion trends relevant to girls and women’s apparel.
• Skilled in creating visual presentations such as mood boards and technical drawings to represent design concepts.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
