About Mubadala Advisory Solutions

Mubadala Advisory Solutions is a dedicated platform designed to cultivate UAE National talent into skilled investment professionals. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Solutions+, a part of Mubadala Company, this initiative focuses on training, employing, and developing UAE nationals to actively participate in the investment endeavors of Mubadala Investment Company and potentially other affiliated businesses in the future.

Role Overview

The programme offers a comprehensive CFA training pathway coupled with hands-on investment experience. Candidates will undergo six months of intensive CFA training led by Dr. Zouheir Jarkass, including mentorship and coaching in business skills. Success in CFA Level 1 and outstanding performance in training can lead to a full-time employment offer with Mubadala Advisory Solutions.

Programme Benefits and Development

Participants will engage in real investment projects over three to six years, benefiting from mentorship by seasoned investors and continuous skill enhancement through the Mubadala LAB training centre. Courses available include market research, financial modeling, valuations, asset management, business writing, presentation skills, negotiation, conflict management, data analytics, leadership, and artificial intelligence.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Recent UAE National graduate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Communications, IT, Human Capital, Law, or Compliance; other fields may be considered based on role availability.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
Mandatory completion or exemption from Military Service for male applicants.

Additional Details

Location: Abu Dhabi
Remote working allowed up to five days per month.
Role is exclusively prioritized for UAE Nationals.
