Accounts Executive for Real Estate and Construction Sector

Overview

We are seeking a competent Accounts Executive with over three years of hands-on experience in accounting roles within the real estate or construction industries. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Commerce degree and proficiency in Tally ERP software.

Key Duties

• Managing daily accounting operations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Performing routine bank reconciliations to ensure statement accuracy.
• Handling statutory compliances including TDS deductions, GST filings, and overall taxation matters.
• Maintaining and analyzing cash flow and overall financial management.
• Overseeing timely payments to vendors and managing accounts payable.
• Monitoring receivables to ensure smooth inflow of funds.

Requirements

• Male or female candidates with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience in the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Tally software.
• Understanding of tax laws related to TDS, GST, and other applicable taxation.
