Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process payments for staff and labor consistently.
• Prepare NEFT sheets precisely to facilitate smooth bank transactions.
• Handle all GST-related activities, including calculation, filing, and maintaining records.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records and entries using Tally Prime.
• Perform daily data entries and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Verify payment details for accuracy before processing transactions.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments to ensure seamless payment operations.
• Maintain proper documentation for all transactions and payment records.
• Support audits and financial reporting when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in accounting principles.
• Practical experience working with Tally Prime software.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Knowledge of GST filing procedures and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and precise handling of financial data.
• Ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly.

Compensation Details

The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
