Accountant

Overview

K M Fire Wood seeks a meticulous and accountable Accountant to oversee daily accounting activities, billing processes, and maintain accurate financial records.

Primary Duties

• Accurately log sales and purchase transactions.
• Generate invoices and billing documents efficiently.
• Manage ledgers and accounts using Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime software.
• Keep thorough financial documentation and supporting paperwork.
• Support GST-related accounting tasks when necessary.
• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong focus on detail and maintaining accuracy.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with GST filing and compliance is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
