Account Manager and Delivery Driver - Grenada, MS

Position Overview

This role combines responsibilities of an Account Manager with Delivery Driver duties based in Grenada, MS. The primary tasks involve handling furniture pickups and deliveries, managing rental accounts efficiently, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Physically pick up and transport furniture items weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Ensure timely collection and monitoring of all rental accounts, taking necessary actions according to collection laws.
• Assist in product installations and provide customer training on usage and care.
• Support repair and refurbishing tasks for various products.
• Maintain positive customer goodwill; prioritize retaining customers even if losing an account.
• Return products to the store as required.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Educational qualification: High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as washers and refrigerators, including solo movement with a dolly.
• Possession of a current and valid driver's license from the employing state.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and percentages.
• Successful completion of background screening and drug testing.
• Appropriate dress code adherence during the application process.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $11 to $12, dependent on experience.
