SpeEdLabs is an AI-driven adaptive learning platform established by alumni of IIT and IIM. The platform specializes in customized, practice-oriented learning solutions for students of CBSE and ICSE curricula starting from Class 7, and also offers support for IIT-JEE and NEET exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for partner schools.
• Guarantee the effective deployment and execution of academic programs.
• Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for educators.
• Track the progress of the programs and measure learning outcomes.
• Address any academic or operational issues promptly.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with various stakeholders within schools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the delivery of academic content.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related discipline.
• Have at least two years of professional experience in the education or EdTech industries.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Fluency in the local regional language is essential.
• Possession of a personal laptop is required.

Travel Requirements

The role involves traveling 15 to 20 days each month within the associated state to visit partner schools.
