Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound telephone calls to interested leads and prospective students sourced primarily through digital marketing efforts.
• Provide detailed counseling on IIPS's certification programs, online classes, and training sessions to potential students or their guardians.
• Drive the enrollment process by converting prospects into registered students and meeting sales targets.
• Maintain a comprehensive call log and regularly follow up to ensure continued engagement and strong customer relationships.
• Update the internal CRM system with current call statuses and notes on prospect interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualifications ranging from completion of Higher Secondary (12th grade) to Graduate or MBA degrees in any field, with preference for backgrounds in Business, Management, or Psychology.
• Experience from zero up to three years in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or academic counseling, particularly within Ed-Tech or education sectors; fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Hindi for oral communication and professional working proficiency in English.
• Possession of persuasive communication skills, attentive listening, a results-driven attitude, and basic competence with smartphones and computers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed and timely monthly salary ranging between 10,000 and 25,000 INR.
