AC Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to join our team in Pondicherry. The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from fresher to 2 years in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units including split, window, and cassette types. A background in ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is preferred, though not mandatory. Both male and female applicants are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation and routine maintenance of various air conditioner models.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults within AC systems.
• Perform gas charging and leak detection tasks ensuring efficient system operation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure correct use of tools and equipment during service.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and job reports.

Requirements

• Good understanding of air conditioning system components and functionality.
• Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently manage on-site assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues effectively.

Additional Information

This position involves machine maintenance tasks related to refrigeration and air conditioning. Salary will be commensurate with experience and ranges approximately from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
