We are seeking a Cost Controller (m/f/d) for the railway construction sector to support billing for our construction sites across Germany. This opportunity is based at our "TEAM OF STEEL" location in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Handle billing processes collaboratively with construction managers for construction sites
• Prepare quantity surveys and determine service performance
• Assist in creating additional offer proposals in partnership with construction managers, supervisors, and the estimation department
• Support work preparation activities for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with and enforce Quality Management system requirements

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical training in construction or equivalent specialized further education
• Preferably experienced in project billing within railway track construction
• Familiarity with billing software, particularly iTWO, is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
