3D Measurement Technician (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking a 3D Measurement Technician (m/f/d) for a well-established industrial company in the Bielefeld region. This position is offered via direct permanent placement and provides a long-term career with a company governed by collective agreements. The role features a 35-hour workweek organized in a two-shift system (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00) within a modern measurement technology and quality assurance setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, operate, and enhance 3D coordinate measuring machines.
• Perform tactile and optical measurements on precision components.
• Create, simulate, and refine measuring programs.
• Analyze and professionally assess measurement results.
• Conduct initial sample inspections as well as production and series approvals.
• Carry out requalification and suitability tests.
• Interpret technical drawings, including form and positional tolerances.
• Contribute to the advancement of measuring methods and testing concepts.

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably in metalworking.
• Work experience in 3D metrology or industrial quality assurance.
• Proficiency with coordinate measuring machines and tactile and/or optical measurement systems.
• Confident handling of technical drawings and tolerance systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and precision measurements within micrometer range.
• Ideally, familiarity with ZEISS Calypso, Werth/WinWerth, and Babtec software.
• Knowledge of contour and roughness measurement is advantageous.
• AUKOM certification or equivalent further training is desirable.
• Methodical, precise, and independent working style.
