About the Internship
As a Webflow Developer intern at Gleam Studio, you will receive hands-on training while collaborating with the current developer on live client projects. Your daily work will involve managing client maintenance tasks such as updating CMS content, editing material, fixing responsiveness issues, and developing minor components. During the internship, you will progressively gain independence, eventually building entire landing pages, site templates, and website sections. Additionally, opportunities to implement custom JavaScript features will be provided based on your performance. You will independently own a small client project end-to-end, including development, testing, and revision phases, with production-ready deliverables expected within your first month. Emphasis will be placed on producing clean, well-structured code following best practices and appropriate naming conventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working on projects using Webflow, including personal, freelance, or cloned templates.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals beyond visual design tools.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring clean and organized code development.
- Proactive communication skills, capable of asking questions and seeking clarity promptly.
- Eagerness to learn, take responsibility, and grow towards a full-time developer role.
- Basic familiarity with JavaScript, Figma, or SEO is advantageous but not mandatory.
- No strict educational or prior work experience requirements; practical skills and project work are prioritized.
Stipend and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹17,000, comprised of a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 and additional incentives of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month. Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual package between ₹300,000 and ₹500,000. Other benefits include a certificate upon completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a five-day workweek.
