Internship Overview

Join ChatSpark as a Telugu and Tamil Telecalling Intern, where your fluency in Telugu, Tamil, English, and Hindi will be essential in connecting with customers through engaging phone conversations. In this role, you will not only deliver outstanding customer service but also promote ChatSpark's innovative products and services effectively.

Primary Duties

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on potential leads.
• Manage inbound calls, assisting customers in multiple languages.
• Keep detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Continuously update yourself on product knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
• Engage in training sessions aimed at improving communication and sales skills.
