This internship offers a remote full-time position where the selected candidate will engage with potential users of HelloGrowthCRM, a customer relationship management tool designed for small businesses. The role involves understanding prospects' requirements, explaining product benefits, facilitating demos, and providing follow-up assistance to trial users.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact individuals who have signed up or shown interest in HelloGrowthCRM, assess their business needs and evaluate product fit.
- Clearly explain the features and advantages of the CRM in a simple manner to help small enterprises manage leads and follow-ups.
- Schedule and confirm product demonstration appointments for the sales team.
- Monitor and assist trial users by answering basic questions and supporting their onboarding process.
- Reach out to previous leads that have become inactive using provided call scripts.
- Diligently record call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM system each day.
- Achieve daily targets for calls and connections, and provide a concise summary at day's end.
- Identify recurring objections or queries encountered to help improve the product and messaging strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient spoken and written skills in both Hindi and English with confidence in interacting with business owners over the phone.
- A quiet workspace suitable for calls and a stable internet connection are essential.
- Familiarity with using CRM software and accurately logging call notes is required.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to commit full-time, six days a week (Monday through Saturday).
